Our Mission at Boosalis Baking & Cafe is as straightforward and basic as the ingredients we use:

To provide customers goods that enrich the quality of their lives be it at a large family dinner table, a cozy table for two at our cafe or perhaps as a gift from one friend to another.

Artisan Breads

We slow our breads down, using natural starters. This allows our breads to develop full flavor and a tender texture. We bake our breads in a hearthstone oven that yields a crunchy crust.

Lunch

Our lunches feature Boars' Head premium meats and cheese on our artisan breads, and soups made from scratch. Boosalis Baking & Cafe can accommodate small groups or cater to large groups.

Wine

Come in for all of your wine needs. Our selections are varied to accommodate all of your tastes. We also will hold regular wine tastings on site so be sure to check our schedule of events.
